Fraud Furniture Investigated

Shanghai authorities sealed 233 pieces of cappelletti furniture at a warehouse of DaVinci Furniture Ltd and launched investigation,Xinmin Evening News reported.

An inspection team found that the furniture samples were made from high density boards instead of solid wood as advertised.

The Shanghai-based furniture company claimed previously that its products sold in China were all made from solid wood and import from Italy.
